DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
A 30% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to reserve a specific wedding date.
2nd non-refundable deposit is due 1 month prior to the day of the wedding.
The remaining balance of the original agreement is due 10 days prior to the wedding date. It can be paid in cash or credit card(only Visa and MasterCard). NYC tax and Gratuities are not included.
A trial run is not required but is recommended for the bride. This needs to be booked at least 30 days prior to the wedding day. Trials cannot be used for casual or engagement photos.
All deposits are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any completed service.
REQUESTING AN ARTIST
VickyC5 makeup artist can not be appointed. If clients assign specific artist, there will be additional charge involved.
They are not included in any service. We feel that the decision to the extend gratuity should be a result of the client experience, and left to the client’s descretion (total amount of 15 – 20 % will be recommended).
PRICES & CHANGES
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes in contract should be made at least 1 month in advance or cannot be honored without special authorization.
CANCELLATIONS OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment. All wedding deposits are non-refundable.
HOTEL PARKING/LODGING AND OTHER EXPENSES
The client is responsible for all lodging, parking, and traveling fees that each artist occurs.
FOR ON-SITE SERVICES
Please mind the time of our staff during on-site services and keep with allotted time schedule as closely as possible. We need to know about your timeline to plan your event effectively. We want to understand your timeline and your needs so that you get exactly what you want and when you want it. We might even have some additional ideas to help you to meet your goals!
BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY
We are using hypoallergenic product; however, if you have sensitive skin, please try to bring your own cosmetics. We are not responsible for any chemical reactions when using your products. From our experience, we found that the hair is always easy to style when it’s washed the night before. We recommend that wash your hair with the proper shampoo and conditioner.
Hair extensions are an additional accessory to your look, not a requirement. Please try to bring your own hair extensions. For a more natural look, human hair extensions are best. If you would like to purchase hair extensions, please check with our bridal coordinators.
Your wedding day hair and makeup typically take 3 to 4 hours to be complete. Therefore, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, as to prevent the delay of the next client’s services. Arriving late for your service will be charged and your service will be completed at the scheduled time. There will be additional cost involved if you change your wedding schedule on that day. In order to ensure a relaxing and pleasurable experience and to ensure the safety of our customers, VickyC5 customers are only permitted to the salon.
All rented items must be returned on the next business day of following your event. If the items are not returned or damaged, the rented will be charged the rental fee plus security deposit. All rental items must be returned in clean condition.
Gift Cards are available via phone and at our reception desk. Unlike most items, a VickyC5 Gift Card cannot be returned once it has been purchased.
They are welcome to receive services at Vickyc5, however if they are not receiving a service, they are not permitted to accompany with you to the salon.
Due to health regulations, food is not permitted in the salon.
We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
